4 Intellectual Property

All tools, code, documentation, and content on the Platform are the intellectual property of ZION OFFSEC or their respective creators. Purchasing a tool grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it under these terms.

You may NOT:

• ✕ Redistribute, resell, or share purchased tools
• ✕ Reverse engineer tools to create competing products
• ✕ Remove or alter copyright notices or attribution
• ✕ Use tools in ways that violate applicable laws

5 Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC, XMR) for privacy. Due to the digital nature of our products:

• ▸ All sales are final — no refunds after download
• ▸ Review product descriptions and documentation before purchasing
• ▸ If a tool is defective, contact support within 48 hours for replacement

6 Disclaimer of Liability

The Platform and all materials are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. ZION OFFSEC is not responsible for:

• ✕ How users choose to use the tools provided
• ✕ Any damage, legal consequences, or losses resulting from misuse
• ✕ Third-party actions against users of the Platform
• ✕ Interruptions, errors, or security breaches of the Platform

7 Community Guidelines

When using the Forum or any community features:

• ▸ Share knowledge responsibly — no targeting real systems
• ▸ Respect other operators — no harassment, doxxing, or threats
• ▸ No spam, advertising, or off-topic content
• ▸ Report vulnerabilities in the Platform responsibly

8 Privacy & Data

We collect minimal data necessary for Platform operation:

• ▸ Account information (username, email, hashed password)
• ▸ Purchase history (for order fulfillment)
• ▸ No tracking cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts
• ▸ Server logs are rotated and purged every 72 hours

9 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Major changes will be announced via the Forum.
